What should I do if I have a faulty product?

The quality of our products is one of our priorities. While a number of quality checks are made by our laboratory throughout the production process, it is nonetheless possible that a fault has escaped our vigilance.

Could you please return the faulty article to the following address so that we can replace it free of charge, if the fault with the product is confirmed.
