A PERMANENT QUALITY APPROACH

Maped applies a continued quality improvement process, in particular via the optimisation of its production processes and product verification and audits implemented at the design stage and throughout every stage of production.
All products are tested as they come off the line, either individually for mechanical products (scissors, staplers, punches, etc.) or by sampling for consumable products (erasers, pencils, etc.).

Quality is a priority objective, common to all Maped team members.

The quality laboratory checks the precision of components with a three-dimensional machine, audits products according to defined testing protocols and designs test benches to test service life, accelerated ageing and resistance to extreme conditions (climatic, impact, etc.).

Material analyses (plastics, metals, etc.) are carried out by external laboratories specialising in the materials used.

Craftwork and colouring products and erasers meet toy market requirements and comply with EC and EN71 standards.

The creative style of our products is preserved by the filing of brands, models and patents throughout the world.

This industrial protection is notably enabling us to stamp out the parallel counterfeit market.
